Shipping policy

WE CAN SHIP ACROSS AUSTRALIA AND AROUND THE WORLD.

We ship using Australia Post's eParcel service and charge a flat rate of $13.00 per order for orders under $100 in value - for orders over $100, postage is FREE!

If you wish to have your order sent by Express Post, we charge a $15 flat rate. 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your orders not on backorder to be processed and despatched. You will receive an email notification once the order has been sent with a link to track the parcel.

For parcels sent regular post, please allow 5-8 days for delivery from date of despatch. For orders sent by Express Post, please allow 3-5 days for delivery from date of despatch 

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive your order, the parcel may need to be collected from the appropriate Australia Post outlet. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders are sent via Australia Post using their tracked International Post service for a flat rate of $25. You will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched, with a link to track the parcel.

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive your order, it may need to be collected from the appropriate postal outlet. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery of your order to give it time to clear Customs in both our country and yours. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us, and we can provide a tracking number for the parcel.

CUSTOMS

When purchasing from outside Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
